Collaborative Consultancy
What
Helping you establish patient involvement in a project, or forge new partnerships with patients and organisations.
How
Designed for pharma companies, patient organisations and researchers. Put simply I help you find ways to best work together and collaborate. Fully incorporating the codes, ethics and governance around patient involvement, I get stakeholders connecting and thinking creatively about how to form partnerships and work together. This could be existing activities such as HTA assessment prep and study co-design, or starting to think more outside the box with awareness/educational approaches and priority setting.
Typical outputs
Completely custom to the project. It could include things like study/trial documents, educational or awareness materials, new outcome measures, new support service SOP, measurement and evaluation frameworks and custom PPIE evaluation tools.

Talks & Speaking Engagements

Customised talks and sessions delivered from hands on expertise and experience on building patient partnership
How
I create custom presentations and talks on patient partnership, good PPIE practise and collaboration between healthcare stakeholders such as industry, non-profits and academic institutions.
I have a strong background in visual and graphic design to create talks that are visually stunning to watch and engaging to listen too.
Typical outputs
Delivery of online and in person talks with slides and hand out resources as needed, as well as slides delivery upon request afterwards.
Starting Price: From £150 depending on the length of talk and preparation required.
Workshops & Team Training

Fresh, honest thinking in interactive and dynamic formats to help you and your team get to grips with patient involvement and best practice
How
Whether you and your team are just starting out in patient involvement, need a refresher or looking to boost your partnerships and think creatively to involve patients more in your work, I create patient partnership training and workshops to help you do this.

The Project Process
Listen
Understanding you, your organisation and how collaboration with other healthcare stakeholders or patients could genuinely benefit you the most.
I can help you work with an existing partner as an independent consultant for each party, or help you identify potential partners.
Design
Helping you brainstorm the best projects and approaches for your partnerships, considering your industry and/or institution codes of conducts and ethics around partnering with other stakeholders or members of the public to ensure compliance.
Designing talks or training to meet your particular requirements and needs.
Deliver
I provide guidance documents, outlining a clear purpose for your collaboration and the planned outcome – along with the scope and detail of the project or partnership, and ensure this is correctly reflected in contracts/agreements. (Recommendations for full third party legal reviews, which I do not provide, can also be provided).
Provide talks or training workshops to your needs and specifications, both online and in person.
Evaluate
Help you assess the success of the project and partnership, and advise how to keep the work aimed at achieving the planned outcome. I can also advise on dissemination plans and public reporting of activities with partners.
Establish clear and concise objectives for talks and training workshops, to ensure they hit their mark and leave teams with the information and ideas they need.
